We PCS'd to the Fort Gordon area in 2021. Mario had orders; Masi had a moving estimate, a map she'd never seen, and about four weeks to figure out where a family could actually live. We toured on video, guessed at commute times, and made a decision we honestly weren't sure about until we arrived.
It worked out. But the process was harder than it needed to be, and every military family we met at the commissary or at the school pickup line had a version of the same story — an agent who'd never heard of a report date, a lender who didn't understand entitlement, a house chosen off six photos and a prayer.
So Mario got licensed. Then Masi did. We started making video walkthroughs for people still stationed somewhere else, answering PCS questions on social media, and driving the base commute at 0600 so we could tell someone what it's really like. That became Geter Realty and Investment.
We hang our licenses with Keller Williams Augusta Partners, which gives our clients the infrastructure, market data, and referral network of a major brokerage — while the actual work stays with the two of us. You will never be handed off to a junior agent you've never spoken to.
